Massage Therapy

Massage therapy is the use of manual techniques applied to the soft tissues of the body as an effective and natural approach for pain management and rehabilition.

RMT's are effective in treating and providing relief for a wide range of conditions such as migraine headaches, repetitive strain injuries, sports injuries, post-injury and post-operative rehabilitation, and inflammatory conditions, as well as many other ailments related to soft tissue and joint dysfunction.

Treatments can be used alone or in conjunction with other alternative healthcare treatments depneding on your needs and goals. They can promote increased healing time of soft tissue injuries and decrease swelling and scar tissue formation following injuries and surgeries.

Massage therapy is convered through most extended health benefits. Inquire with your insurance provider.
